We strive to keep all of the items featured on our website in stock. Items not in stock are marked as such and this normally means that they are TEMPORARILY out of stock and are expected in again shortly.

 

SOUTH AFRICAN DELIVERIES

 

Standard Delivery R90 - (3 to 5 days) – All South African deliveries are made by Speed Services and have a  3 to 5 working days delivery period This option will not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

 

PLEASE NOTE

 

*We do not offer guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

 

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES

 

Standard UK Delivery International - (7 - 10 days) – This uses OCS Remail which is an economical international service, but with a longer transit time. OCS Remail takes 7 - 10 working days transit time from when the order leaves our warehouse and does not guarantee a specific delivery date. This parcel goes via OCS Couriers to their London Hub where it is posted into the British Royal Mail. The parcel is only trackable to the London Hub. This service is at your own risk and we will not guarantee delivery or a refund if the parcel is lost or stolen

 

OCS Remail is not reliable enough for deliveries outside Europe so EMS is used for all other orders

 

Expedited Mail Service - (4 - 5 day) - Our international express carrier provides a fully traceable delivery service. Normally 3 - 5 working days transit time from when the order leaves our warehouse. The waybill tracking number is e-mailed to you as soon as the goods are dispatched and we supply the weblink of the site where you can trace and track your own parcel. This service is insured and we offer a full replacement or refund if the parcel is lost or stolen.

 

Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Cost dependent on the weight and volume of your order.

Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready:

 

Despatching of Orders - Although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

 

Credit Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.

 

Shirt Printing - Shirts requiring personalisation for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra three days before they are ready to be despatched.
